It was with great excitement that I began my collection of contemporary modern art and the journey began with Greg Colley of California Art Company.
Besides buying two outstanding paintings from Greg, one by Alex Schaefer and one by Tom Ide, I appreciate that Greg took the time to educate me about this art era and he continues to do so. His knowledge, professionalism, and honest envelope his whole operation. Besides that, it is a joy to deal with a gentleman who looooves art and goes to great lengths to locate and offer excellent paintings.
While I once collected California Plein Air artists but have disposed of most of them, now I welcome Greg’s input in the world of contemporary art. He still maintains a fine collection of early California art and anyone who prefers this genre, his company is well worth checking out
