As California Art Company, LLC does not have the resources or capacity to recreate the services offered and the services are essential to the operation of CaliforniaArtCompany.com, California Art Company, LLC believes that subsections (iii) under Sec. 12182(b)(2)(A) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provide for relief: (iii) unless the entity can demonstrate that taking such steps would fundamentally alter the nature of the good, service, facility, privilege, advantage, or accommodation being offered or would result in an undue burden California Art Company, LLC will pursue improvements in accessibility of third-party integrations as they become available and/or known to California Art Company, LLC.
